Hello! I know it has been a really long time since I have updated so I wanted to let you know what I have been up to! Well, I have moved to London! Together with my brother Tom, who I am sure you have seen play piano with me at all my shows, we have relocated to London in early 2015! We live together in a share flat with a bunch of chefs and dancer in West London and have set up a little recording studio in our room.  We are really lucky that our flatmates don't complain about all the music we make, we even rehearse in our room with a tuba player ! London so far has been fantastic - we have formed a new band, we performed live on BBC radio on Gaby Roslin's show and we SOLD OUT our first ever show in London at the St James Studio! We have been invited back to perform at the St James Studio to help celebrate Bastille Day, where we will be playing with our new London band. 2015 is going to be another big year, and we are starting to book in dates all over Europe! I hope to see you at one of the shows!!

    Tours and Festivals!

So I have recently uploaded some tour dates for this year, including a super exciting tour of the Baltic countries! Tom and I will be returning to Latvia, and for the first time Lithuania and Estonia! This is really cool for us because it is our first headlining tour in these countries and we are so excited to play for everyone! Back in Australia I have announced some Festivals we will be performing at this year, with more to come soon!! I look forward to seeing you at a show !

Hello and Welcome to my site! 2013 is looking to be another huge year for me, with a headlining tour to Europe in the works as well as some great festivals in Australia! I also wanted to share with you secret video: A song from my debut album "La Musiqie" called St Michel which was composed by my brother Thomas.  Here is a link to the never before seen video which was filmed on location in PARIS! I hope you enjoy it!

    July 2012

Hello Friends! I have just noticed that I haven't updated my site in agggges! Sorry about that! Well I just returned yesterday from two days at the Broadbeach Jazz Festival which was so much fun! I played with Tom and the amazing Sam Lemann.  There were load of musician friends up there and we all got to spend some time together, and I even got my feet into the water which was so refreshing! Since I last updated, things have been really busy.  In April, Tom and I went on tour with the Amazing Tommy Emmanuel throughout Eastern Europe and Russia which was one of the best experiences of our lives.  We got the chance to share the stage each night with undoubtedly one of the best musicians in the world, and performed on some seriously spectacular stages. I have posted photos onto my facebook page :)  I have also been working very hard on some new music which consists of all my own new original material.  I am so excited to share this with you! For a sneak peak please visit my page on Triple J Unearthed and feel free to leave a comment ( ).  I am also super excited to announce that I will be opening for one of Australia's most influencial and amazing singer/songwriters in September in Sydney! I first met Tim when I was 13 years back stage at a festival and got his autograph (Which I still have!) This will be such a special night! Please check out any other gigs on the Tour section of my website!! x

I realised that I haven't updated much recently so I wanted to let you know what I have been up to over the past couple of months!  As usual, life as a musician is pretty busy and at the beginning of October I was part of a Sydney festival called the "Jazz a Vienne" which is the sister festival of the original in Vienne in France.  I performed with my trio consisting of Tom Hamilton and Darryl Neve all over Sydney from the NSW Art Gallery, the Clarendon Guest House, and the Basement to name a few of the places.  It was a very special festival because all the shows were done alongside other artists Tricia Evy from France and Charito from Japan, and we collaborated with a music school of some very talented young people.  We really had a ball and got to know the other singers and musicians so well! Recently, I have been writing lots of new material and planning another album! And last week-end Tom and I did 2 sold-out shows in Victoria one at the wonderful Paris Cat Jazz Club in Melbourne and another at The Wrong Crowd in Geelong which was a fabulous night!  Coming up, Tom and I will be be accompanying the amazing Tuck and Patti on their Australian tour which will take us over 3 states! We are really looking forward to this tour! Please check out the tour section of the site to see what else we have coming up!!!

    25th July 2011

Well this month has been the busiest month of my life! At the end of June Tom and I went to Paris, France, where we performed 2 shows! It was amazing to perform my own songs and some classic French songs to a captive French audience - we will definantly be heading back there soon! Then right when we returned back home to Sydney, we went straight to Melbourne - no time to get over jet-lag for us! In Melbourne we performed 2 sold out shows at the Paris Cat Jazz club which is an amazingly authentic French-style club in the heart of Melbourne, we performed live on Channel 10's "The Circle" for a special Bastille Day celebration, and were on the front cover of the MX Newspaper which was a real thrill. In Melbourne, I performed with my brother Tom on bass and stomp box and the amazing Sam Lemann on Guitar. After our last show at the Paris Cat (which we didn't leave until 1 am!) we had to get up at 4am to catch a plane to Brisbane, where we had 2 shows on the main stage of the Brisbane French Festival! It is an amazing Festival, and its so great to see the French culture alive and well in Brissy! Then this weekend we performed another sold-out show at Sydney's Venue 505, one of the hippest coolest places in town! Tom and I were accompanied by Darryl Neve on double bass which was a real treat. Today on channel 10 you can catch my mum and I on Channel 10's "Ready Steady Cook" where we had a ball making delicious food with some of Sydney's finest chefs! And, this sunday we are performing at the Aroma Festival in the Rocks! Phew!! It has been a wonderful month for us, so please keep checking back the tour section of this site for upcoming shows! Bonne Journee! Emma
